Rooms and Apartments

Borgo Spante offers:

• Five apartments of 60-100 mq., sleeping six, four and two guests with different aspects.
  
  Each apartment contains a feature which gives it its own special character: a terrace with a wonderful view, an open hearth where fires can be lit, or period furniture and always a welcoming lounge.
   
• Four rooms with en-suite bathroom, converted from the former farmhouse called Corrado’s house, with communal areas, a very large open fireplace, a large, comfortable lounge and period furniture.

The maximum capacity of Spante is from 30 persons.

Prices

(these cover one overnight stay, breakfast, dinner with drinks included, and the use of the swimming pool in summer):

60 euros per person,

31 euros per child up to the age of ten.
